Every Virginia Valor FC staff member engaged in coaching is required by the league (NCSL, ECNL RL, EDP, CCL) and governing soccer bodies (VYSA, US Club Soccer) to be up to date on sexual abuse training. These organizations use a third-party certification company to complete the training. The third-party company is KIDSAFE and does yearly courses all coaches must complete.
