About Travel Fees

Virginia Valor's travel fees cover your player's costs for a full seasonal year, without additional "hidden" fees for off-season or other programs.  Fees for professionally-coached teams incorporate seasonal training, off season training, Travel Academy (where applicable), and tournament coaching fees.  (Details below). Please use caution when comparing Valor’s fees to other Travel programs,' as those clubs can charge additional incremental fees unexpectedly throughout the year.

The player’s year-long financial commitment is for June-May each seasonal year.

**Pay by check to avoid all CC fees (you will see the CC fee drop off on the confirmation page of registration)

**Commit Fee due upon acceptance and remaining Membership Fees to be paid in 5 installment payments

Uniform Fees: 

Families pay uniform costs directly to our designated vendor.  Please note 2021/22 was the first year of our two-year uniform cycle; all new players will be required to purchase a new uniform kit. Estimated cost for a complete kit is $200-$300.

 

Payments made by cash or check will result in no credit card convenience charges. Payments can be dropped off in our Virginia Valor dropbox in our office, or mailed directly to our office located at:

Returned Checks:  A $35.00 service charge will be levied on all checks returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason.  That service charge will be applied to the respective Household as a Debit in our Demosphere registration system and must be paid on receipt of the notice.  Additional communication with the player’s guardian/parent will be necessary to ensure the check is re-deposited when funds are available.
